I'm using Mingw/Msys on Windows.
While doing the configure, it says that it cannot find my jni.h header
yet I specified my $JAVA_HOME where the header is located.
 
Also, I encounter a make error: more...

If I recall correctly (I've dealt with this more than half a year ago) you
have to be more exact about the path to the jni.h file (specify something
like "\Java\jdk1.6.0_19\include"). more...
